Unlike the Gods of the rest of the world, the Deva of Ind tends to have a much more direct presence among their followers. They are able to project their beings into so-called Avatars, magical creatures that that walk the earth. These Avatars are the divine will of Deva in physical form, manifested to protect their followers from harm.
